Our mission

Foraviset is on a mission to redefine women’s therapeutics by advancing a new generation of non-hormonal treatments that address disease at its biological source.

Starting with endometriosis, we aim to move beyond symptom management and hormonal suppression by developing treatments designed around women’s biology — preserving normal hormonal function and reproductive choice.

Jacob (J.J.) Marx | Founder & CEO

spearheading the company’s strategic overhaul and focusing on clinical advancement
J.J. leads the decisive repositioning of Raviset® from early-stage concept to a clinically and commercially viable non-hormonal therapy with the potential to redefine women's health. Combining regulatory fluency, scientific insight, and operational expertise, he is developing Raviset® not just as a single-indication asset but as a scalable platform for chronic uterine disorders—de-risking development, aligning clinical execution with regulatory expectations, and steering the company efficiently through Phase II, Phase III, and beyond toward a high-value inflection point.
Prof. Uri Dior, M.D. Ms.P.H. | Chief Medical Officer

Head of Women's Department & Head of the Endometriosis Center*
Fellowship-trained in gynecological laparoscopy at The Royal Women’s Hospital, Prof. Dior founded and directs the Endometriosis Center at Hadassah Medical Center. He has authored nearly 90 scientific publications and received international recognition for his work in gynecologic surgery and endometriosis.

Senior Consultant at the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology*
Founder and Director of the Multidisciplinary Endometriosis Center and Head of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Carmel Medical Center. A Clinical Lecturer at the Technion, he also serves on the board of the Asian Society of Endometriosis and Adenomyosis.

Ph.D. Pharmacologist with 20+ Years of Drug Discovery and 9 FDA/IND Approvals
Extensive pharmaceutical R&D expertise spanning preclinical development through GMP manufacturing across oral, injectable, ocular and topical products. Ph.D. from the Hebrew University with postdoctoral training at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research.
Debbie Garner | Director of Market Access

Health Market Access & Commercialization Leader
President of FEMSelect, with 25+ years in healthcare spanning market access, reimbursement and commercialization. Led FEMSelect through FDA clearance, CMS reimbursement and international commercialization of EnPlace, with prior leadership roles at Eli Lilly, Avalere Health and iMDsoft.
